What visitors see in the right-hand column. Changes show on the site the next time anyone loads it.
Rotation
Everyone moves up one place each period and the top sponsor goes to the bottom, so nobody owns the top spot.
Order
Drag to set the base order. With rotation on, this is the order on the first day of a cycle; with Fixed order, it is exactly what visitors see.

These are the filters visitors see and the tags editors can pick. Renaming one renames it on every event. Turning one off hides it from the filters without touching events.
People
Owner can do everything. Admin runs the site day to day and can add or remove editors and admins. Editor manages events and sponsors. Add an email, then send them to this page to create their account.
Promotion
"Promote this event" in every event's drop-down. Featured events sit at the top of their day with a yellow label. Payment runs through a Stripe Payment Link; until one is pasted here, people send a request and you reply with a payment link by email.
